insert() needs to return the proper generated key #70

There is a note about this in the methods doc tag.

CMOracle does not provide an easy and safe way to retrieve the last inserted ID from an insert. This means CMOracle::insert() will not support this, there is a warning about it in the documentation. Closed by 77f9ea04f527bb0636563cf50346d356eaba7916.
