Open shortcut doesn't work when timeline is focused #2

When the Timeline is focused, a user cannot use the Ctrl-O shortcut to open an XML document. This is happening because of a quick and dirty hack to disable the Ctrl-O shortcut on the WebBrowser. This will get fixed later.
