Using our Appsmith instance, we should set up a dashboard for feedback analytics as well as viewing feedback quickly and in an organized manner.

Complete issue #21 before doing this so we can track growth easier. Can't track growth if we don't have timestamps of when people joined, when new servers added, or channel's first chats.

Not longer using appsmith - Fly.io has this built in via Grafana. We will be using that.
