I would recommend trying lower threads and/or fewer concurrent files. Sometimes if your connection is poor and there are too many threads running it thinks it is out of bandwidth

But It was a fresh install and just 1 link added btw I can't upload any proxy lists for some reason

your proxies probably aren't in the right format, please take a look at this issue
