PIPL03- BioIn- 'Fetch' is not working #1

machine- PIPL03 PDB ID- 6POU, software - v2 Upon pressing 'Fetch' , no results. Software gets crashed after a minute & core dumped. bioin fetch error fetch error

It's working on VDI. The problem seems to be in the visualizer of PIPL03.
