VDI- Prescience1 software- v2_test

1. Generation of alignment for loop refinement not working.- tried for three different PDB IDs.

2. Visualizer goes blank on multiple chain deletion.

• For proteins which have 1-4 chains the visualizer updates normally.
• The protein used in this case had 6 chains. Here when we delete any chain, visualizer does not update anymore.

3. Addition of H+ atoms not functional.

Machine- PIPL01, software-latest windows .exe The visualizer issue when there are many protein chains persists. However, if and when I delete certain chains, like the E or F chains, only after that the visualizer is going blank. These are the two cases with PDB 4RET when I deleted the E chain at different points.

The following is the case with PDB ID 5C5X, where after deleting chain F it goes blank.
