Version: 2.3 BioIn OS: Windows Machine: PIPL05 Input PDB ID: 5IA4

  1. In the model missing residue, the visualizer is blank before clicking on the generate alignment.

Error1

  1. During alignment generation, the lines that align the 2 sequences are misplaced. Error2
