Test case: Protein is point mutated and loop refined.
If the Bioin app is closed and reopened then in the Structure patcher → select PDB → dropdown only the point mutated protein name is shown and all other loop refined protein names are missing.
So, if the user wants to redownload the loop refined protein, then the user has to go back to the loop refinement section → rerun and then download the PDBs from the Structure patcher.
In the same test case: when the project is reopened, in the structure editor → visualizer is showing the whole unedited protein structure instead of showing the edited structure.
