Fail safe(s) - Githubissues

[x] 1. cif2cell (fail in conversion)
[x] 2. uploaded pot files issue (check)
[x] 3. params (press , temp etc ) should be float and in range (check)
[x] 4. make system (fail check)
[ ] 5. file send from local to server (check successful transfer)
[ ] 6. output generation fail (check) / server issue (not responding or something else)
[x] 7. get file from server to local (check successful transfer)
[x] 8. Pop up for empty cif file. Should not show in UI.
[x] 9. Incomplete cif file should show proper error. (With popup)
[x] 10. If multiple cifs/pots have problems then 1 popup will show.
[x] 11. Close the red color in the log file. (If there is an error)
[x] 12. Swap should be off if 1 gas selected.
[x] 13. Table of choosing probabilities should be shown in the back while showing error (probability > 1)
[x] 14. T/P should not take char at all and should be in default range.
