The hardest part of an alexa skill is account linking, which we don't necessarily need. But if we had it you could ask things like the following:
"Alexa, tell givegivegave to rate the red cross five stars"
"Alexa, ask givegivegave for top-rated animal charities"
"Alexa, ask givegivegave about the red cross"
