Example(s) broken with Threejs 60 (in js folder) #245

Hi there, just trying to play a little with Physis.

THREE version shipped with examples is r60
collision.js is using THREE.BoxGeometry which is not present in r60

Maybe you guys have the quick fix in your hard disks? :-)

Have tried to copy all scripts from online example and have a bit another projects structure (all 3dParty things are in vendor folder), and i see rendered first scene, with one shape added and animated (opacity), but other dont added.
