Problem with 0.6 #170

Adding the odata4j-0.6.0-nojpabundle.jar to Android project I can't create 
anymore the service as usual.

The method create(String) is undefined for the type ODataConsumer

Please have a look at ODataJerseyConsumer. There are now different consumer 
implementations (Jersey and CXF).
