Support for HandlerSocket authentication #9

Support for HandlerSocket's authentication method has been added to 
libhsclient, which means it can now be supported in client libraries that use 
libhsclient.

Note that using this means you'll need a (very) recent (master) version of 
handlersocket/libhsclient, as it's only recently been merged into the 
handlersocket trunk.
