Hello, this is Kim Seok-Jin from Korea.

I found out your brilliant program "Face-Mask-Detection" on Github and I want to contribute to your program by translating your README file.

Our country, South Korea, started "With-COVID19" since this November with taking off mask is not allowed.

So our needs to detecting mask is very increased in sport stadiums, restaurants and more.

I think your program is very useful in Korea to clear this problem, however your README file is not easy to understand for non-English-speakers or non-developers in Korea.

I really want to contribute to your program by translating your README file in Korean and making easy for Korean.
