New Windows XP start-tunnel.bat

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download
2. Leave phone disconnected from the computer / disable USB debug
3. Run start-tunnel.bat

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected an error but I see "Tunnel started." instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.0 I guess? It's the version in the .zip archive.
I'm running XP 32-bit, but I think that's irrelevant.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have modified the start-tunnel.bat to produce an error if adb fails to 
create the tunnel and attached the script below.

Please adopt this to the .zip archive as less people would have problems 
getting proxoid to work with Windows XP.

Oops, it seems like I've accidentaly attached the check.bat file instead of the 
start-tunnel.bat file.
Fixed.

nice addition but I noticed it generates log.txt file regardless of whether or 
not
there was actually an error, the version I've uploaded here automatically 
deletes the
log.txt file if there is no error

I intended to leave the log for debugging purpouses, but I guess they who need 
debugging know how to comment out the line :P
