Proxoid Installation on Gateway Laptop with Windows 7 Operating System #19

Hey Mike....

I wanted to touch base with you since I am struggling to get Proxoid to
work on my Gateway PC.  I was able to download the android directory but
trying to get the driver to install which is approximately Step 3.4 on your
install instructions where it says my driver is up to date.  My guess is
that when I first downloaded the drivers, I used the Windows Vista but I
actually have Windows 7 on my new Laptop.  I assumed since Vista and
windows were close it might work but that may not be the case.  I am
certainly not a technician of any sort but enough knowledge to be a bit
dangerous.  Does there need to be a special driver download for Windows 7?

I would appreciate any help you could provide.

The first drive is usually a mass storage driver and the second one is the 
debugging
driver. Try turning off usb debugging, plug your phone in and let vista install 
the
storage drivers. Then unplug your phone and re-enable usb debugging, and plug 
it back
in. Let me know the results. Screen shots do help. Thanks.
