Multithreading support #19

add_body_record is using a single thread. As "Adding Body Data" is the most 
resource consuming 
part of the conversion, it might benefit greatly from using more than one 
thread. 

I'm using the 1.1 GUI version.

add_body_record is a closed source binary released by Apple, I'm afraid I 
cannot do anything about it...
