No fifth row #316

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enable 5 row qwerty
2.try to send text or email
3.there is no fifth row

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to see a top row of numbers since I enabled it. But I get the 
normal qwerty instead. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system
(iPhone/iPod Touch? Firmware version?)?
iPhone 3g/ 3.0.1

Please provide any additional information below.
I have went through all settings in ikey-x and in settings menu.  Nothing chages

***** Note: iKeyEx (thus hClipboard & 5-Row QWERTY) doesn't work on 3.0
yet. Please subscribe to issue 83 for the updates. Delete this line if your
issue is unrelated to 3.0.
