MultiTap doesn't work for me. #331

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Install MultiTap from Cydia
2.Open Notepad and try selecting MultiTap

I expect multitap keyboard to appear but it didn't. Also when I go to the 
international button I find that MultiTap is not selected and no matter how 
many times I try to select it, it doesn't get selected.

I am on iPhone 3GS OS 3.01.
