Migrate to rhino 1.7R3 version #358

Current code uses rhino 1.7R2 version. There is a newer version 
(https://developer.mozilla.org/en/New_in_Rhino_1.7R3) which brings performance 
improvements.

I looked into this. The major holdup is dojo-shrinksafe which depends on R1 and 
is incompatible with R3.

the ticket on dojo site is closed stating no one is working on shrinksafe and 
that closure is likely the compressor of choice moving forward.

Thanks for looking into this. I'm planning to split the wro4j-extensions into 
separate independent modules. This way it will be possible to upgrade rhino 
version for some of the modules.
