Store WroManagerFactory in servletContext #375

Storing the WroManagerFactory in servletContext allows client code to easily 
access wro4j related objects like: WroModel, ProcessorsFactory or 
UriLocatorFactory. 

Thus, user will be able to apply some custom logic based on wro4j 
configuration, like parsing the WroModel or reusing UriLocators...
