HandlebarsJs & HoganJs processors always generate null template name #484

The HandlebarsJsProcessor & HoganJsProcessor doesn't override the 
{{{
protected String getArgument(final Resource resource)
}}}

method which is responsible for assigning a name for generated template. The 
default implementation should use the name of the processed resource.
