Upgrade to latest rhino version #490

A newer version of rhino is available. It brings among bug fixes also 
performance improvements. The change list can be found here:

Please try upgrading to Rhino 1.7R7. It fixes critical bugs that were 
previously reported (e.g. csslint hang). See

The latest version of rhino is 1.7r4 
(https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Rhino/Download_Rhino?redirectlocale=en
-US&redirectslug=RhinoDownload). The suggested version is actually 1.6r7, which 
requires a downgrade (not an option, since everything works as expected with 
1.7r3).
