Create Fallback aware LessCss processor #543

Create a LessCss processor which would try to use lessc utility by default and 
will default to rhino if lessc is not available.

Fixed in branch 1.4.x. The LessCssProcessor (with lessCss alias) works as a 
fallback processor. The old rhino based processor was renamed to 
RhinoLessCssProcessor (with rhinoLessCss alias).
