Website should allow users to give us their email address and sign up for news and/or volunteering.

Example copy:

Name: Email: [ ] Sign me up for volunteering!

                                   {Sign Up!}

Later we could use AJAX & jQuery to make this really slick, but for now simple is good.

Jeff got the email field on there. We should have a name field too.
