That admin can send a message to students (conduct report) #263

The admin has the ability as the teachers to send messages to the students.

I have started working on the next major release which will have all the Entities as modules. Hence, new features can be add fast, will be more flexible to use and less buggy. This will take a bit more time though.

From now I have planned to provide patch for bugs for current version until the next Big release. Hope the community understands.
