implement an up-to-date example for fitting desi spectra. The current example for desi spectra uses an outdated API.

I've hacked together a quick example notebook in: https://github.com/changhoonhahn/provabgs/blob/main/nb/tutorial_desispec.ipynb

But this requires documentation.
