CentOS7 and Fedora >= 15 /var/run is tmpfs #26

Not really an issue, but more of something we might want to reflect in the README.

This means that the pid_dir configuration option for CentOS 7 machines and Fedora 15 and newer should be changed to something like /var/lib/inferno that will be persistent across reboots.
