We need to change our documentation for the 1.X line to state mybatis.net for 
the next release

As most issues with the documentation build and format are resolved, I think we 
can start modifying it.

The only remaining issue is the custom first page, for which I have proposed a 
temporary fix (don't use one), which actually produces a recto-verso cover page 
with a little bit more information than we had initially (legal notice) and 
with the logo missing.

Do we have a list of outstanding doc content issues (stuff to be added, 
changed, removed), besides the basic language corrections?
