I'm having difficulty finding regenerating the 2017 dictionary.
1) Where we can download the 2017 UMLS dictionary? The UMLS archives only contain the entire zip files which do not contain the MRCONSO.RRF file. I can only find the most recent MRCONSO.RRF file.
2) Is there already a preprocessed full / st21pv version of the dictionary that we can download?
