How to save a selected subset of cells? #2529

Hello I really like your tool, but I cannot figure out how to save a selected subset of cells (or if this has been implemented). I have used the lasso tool to select a subset. I have figured out how to do differential expression, and I see that saves to a csv, but I was wondering if I could get a new subset matrix that only contained my one selected portion?
