Support multiple glob sources for annotations

Resolves https://github.com/chanzuckerberg/cryoet-data-portal/issues/880.

Some questions:

• Is glob_strings a good name for this new field?
• Is the test sufficient? Or should it be improved?

Note: further validation of making sure exactly one of glob_strings and glob_string is provided will be implemented with Python / Pydantic (not possible with LinkML).
