Update gjensen dataset configs with latest fixes #177

Correcting dataset_descriptions, removing incorrect / empty cell_strain and cell_components, fixing tilt ranges, correcting cell_type names. Fixes are coming from both the czii-data-portal-processing repo and also gjensen_config.py improvements.
