Duplicated Funding Agencies for Dataset 10003 #1157

Describe the bug Funding Agencies seems to be duplicated for Dataset 10003

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://cryoetdataportal.czscience.com/datasets/10003 (another example: https://frontend.cryoet.staging.si.czi.technology/datasets/10003?metadata=dataset&tab=metadata)
  2. Click on button
  3. Pay attention to Funding Agencies info

looks like the duplications aren't always consistent either, like the one below where 1 out of 3 funding agencies is duplicated

Related backend issue: https://github.com/chanzuckerberg/cryoet-data-portal/issues/1341 But is not a blocker.
