Relates to ticket #1241

Dataset download via API tab was updated but no design was created or added to the masterfile. See figma comment: https://www.figma.com/design/0UT1iyRVRkIdH4qLfh8JDd?node-id=22-32481#987266728

Update design to reflect current state, follow Download single tomogram via API diesng
call out copy should also change to match, link will go to different place though —this needs to be updated on FE too.
