Update napari cryoet portal plugin to work with latest API client #1344

We have a new version of the python API client that represents a different data model (ref: https://chanzuckerberg.github.io/cryoet-data-portal/data_model.html#data-model)

The napari CryoET plugin needs to be updated to depend on the latest version of the python client, and make any changes necessary to reflect the new schema
