[Suggestion] Show "preview" of changes from clade filter panel but then require confirmation before applying. #140

Describe the improvement you'd like to see

...t’s a little unintuitive in how [the clade filter controls] update immediately and the pane must be exited by clicking out when the user is satisfied. Simply withholding the update until the user clicks a confirmation button at the bottom of the panel, which applies the new parameters and closes the panel could be useful.
