Requires tightening up the copy and reducing other spacing

Tried this on the branch miniDrawer. Content reduction required in order to fit into a reasonable width were pretty severe. This also ended up making it more unclear IMO that the filters applied specifically to the left scatterplot, rather than the full interface as the report is no longer hidden while the drawer is opened.

In the future, could revisit this when we have bandwidth to do a broader design exploration.
