Provides alternate behavior for tmrca component and clade selectors if internal nodes come in without dates (tested).
In the process of doing so, realized that there were instances where all clades were not available to select due to drawing on top of one another. Replaced clade handles (circle thingies) with dual selectors -- slider and dropdown.
Closed out a handful of smaller bugs / enhancements as I went
More formatting to come (e.g., making the slider bigger, moving the drawer to a persistent mini drawer, etc). But this PR is big enough as it is and don't want to get too diverged.
