Identify a real manuscript (or characterize a realistic hypothetical manuscript), and describe where and how to publish all data (raw and results) associated with the publication.

which datatype-specific repositories (e.g., NCBI)
what else can go in Dryad? can use Dryad to connect other repositories?
focus on need for reproducibility
identify other options
