Human Brain Cell Atlas - revise cell_type annotation #1093

It's come to our attention that many of the cell_type terms in this Collection are not as specific as they could be - for example, most of the "All neurons" Dataset is annotated as "neuron", but the supercluster_term field has some more specific terms

@dosumis may have some more specific terms as a starter CC @saracarsanaro

More detailed annotation with CL here: https://github.com/brain-bican/human-brain-cell-atlas_v1_neurons/blob/main/curation_tables/annotation.tsv - based on work with Kim Siletti.

However, it might be worth reviewing some of these to see if they align or clash with brain region.

Also note - the table includes Neuropeptide annotation which, combined with brain region => a potential source of more annotations to well-known cell types.
