Data consumers prefer text labels for download and viewer #3465

Data consumers struggle to interpret the image for the button that opens CELLxGENE explorer:

General feedback has been that text labels would be preferable. All instances of the current download and explore image on the collection detail and datasets view:

must be replaced with Download and Viewer text labels

There are actually two related analytics issues (see also #1630) but based on my conversation with Amanda, @maniarathi intends to assign that work to another Dev. It's intentionally not in scope for this issue.

Passing along feedback from a recent contributor about the 'explore' button...

...the blue cells button is pretty small. As a general feedback, maybe it would be nice to have the button a bit bigger or more central for these single dataset situations.

For reference, their Collection is https://cellxgene.cziscience.com/collections/d86517f0-fa7e-4266-b82e-a521350d6d36 (many URLs, only 1 Dataset so the icons are easily buried)
