Include all tissues in a single CSV for CSV download #4572

To allow for easier manipulation and loading into external programs, we'd like to include all tissues in a single CSV. Currently, each tissue downloads into a separate CSV.

Naming convention can be CELLxGENE_gene_expression_<mmddyy>.csv.

Does CELLxGENE_gene_expression.csv work?
