Story

A data consumer wants to find datasets submitted by one or more consortium.

Design

This is a baby step towards Research groups can aggregate their collections on a dedicated landing page. It allows us to assess how often data consumers may filter by consortia to find data.

The list of consortia associated with a collection is already available in the data corpus. Curators can assign one or more consortium to a collection. The values are returned in both the Data Portal API for the Collection UX and the Discover API.
