Add pyodbc to Python(x,y) #664

I would suggest to add the pyodbc package to Python(x,y).

In many scientific environments data is saved directly to a database, either 
file or server based. pyodbc provides an ODBC interface to interact with many 
these, and as such I think it would make a nice addition to the Python(x,y) 
suite.
