space required for login text #193

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. On this page -> https://test.tradiechoice.com/index.php/users/login
I forgot my login details? and Signup are too close together.

please check the update on https://test.tradiechoice.com/index.php/users/login.
I put or symbol (|) between them, because only adding some space between them 
its not good look.

if you think it is not good I will change it.
