Investigate possible IE8 error #224

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Internet Explorer 8 comes up with an error on loadup
2. It may come up on line 21 on the homepage
Titled unspecified error

This was tested using Virtualbox, XP image.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It may also have something to do with this error:

Hi Jon, I have checked this and add some doctype and update some portion. 
Please check again. Its fixed.
