移动端侧边栏显示优化 #89

移动端的文章分类、标签、最近文章都显示在文章内容的底端。这个有点不合理，请教如何优化？

主题配置文件中可以配置widgets_on_small_screens是否在小屏幕显示侧边栏，默认显示底部
