Roll our own pretix #37

Currently we're using an non-self-hosted pretix. Going forward, self-hosting would be nice. This would require creating / finding a nix packaging for pretix as well.

There now is a quite good pretix package and module in nixpkgs. As soon as the next flake update is merged, we could roll it out. We just need to be aware of the fact, that the jetzt5 is already running on the CTFL-Pretix, thus we need to manually keep the tickets.chaos.jetzt/jetzt5 redirect.
