The integration of new physics and methods into Lethe makes it more versatile. I believe that refactoring the various components will improve clarity in the documentation.

Future changes
I will handle the future description of Maxwell's equations.
Justin will write the thermodynamics theory (possibly from the BSL?) and we will review the heat_transfer.cc solver to create another file for its description.
Pierre will cover the Cahn-Hilliard theory, and together we will work on the weak form of Maxwell's equations.
